Upon successful completion of this Human Resource Management course, students will be prepared to sit for the HRCI certification exam to become an Associate Professional in Human Resources (aPHR).

Human Resources Exam Prep (PHR/SPHR)

Upon successful completion of this Human Resources Exam Prep (PHR/SPHR) course and the required professional HR experience, students will be prepared to sit for the HRCI certification exam to become a Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) or a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®). The PHR is open to HR professionals with a minimum of 2 years professional experience with a Bachelor's degree or 4 years experience with a high school diploma and the SPHR is available to those with a minimum of 7 years professional experience. The PHR is open to HR professionals with at least 2 years professional experience and the SPHR is available to those with a minimum of 7 years professional experience.

After completing this course, you will be prepared for the Microsoft Office Specialist exams. The Microsoft Office Specialist Program has multiple levels.
