Human Resources Exam Prep (PHR/SPHR)
Our Human Resources Exam Prep course is designed to provide human resource professionals with a fun and engaging opportunity to prepare for the revised Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification exams. The Human Resources Exam Prep course walks you through the process of applying your professional knowledge and skills to the PHR/SPHR exam questions.

Education and National Certifications
- Students should have or be pursuing a high school diploma or GED.
- There is a National Certification exam available to students who successfully complete thisprogram: SPHR® Exam
NOTE: To be eligible for the SPHR you must meet one of the following conditions for education and/or experience:
- Have at least four years of experience in a professional-level HR position + a Master’s degree or higher,
- Have at least five years of experience in a professional-level HR position + a Bachelor’s degree, OR
- Have at least seven years of experience in a professional-level HR position.
